Discover What our Association has to offer

Come enjoy the sun and fun around the Association pool located at the Clubhouse.  Lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas are provided on a first come, first serve basis.  The pool is generally open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The Clubhouse has several amenities available to our Association members including laundry facilities, screened in porch, workout room and a large gathering space with kitchen that can be reserved for parties or meetings.

Located in the upper floor of community Clubhouse, the workout facility has several cardio machines, weights and other workout equipment available for use.  

There are three beach areas available for Association member use located in front of the Harbor Condos, O'Dell's Bay Condos and along the southeastern shore by Barefoot Docks.  The beach area in front of O'Dell's Bay Condos provides for a protected swimmer area.

The tennis/pickleball courts are located in front of the community Clubhouse.  They are available on a first come, first serve basis.

The Association has five Courtesy Piers available for short term boat parking and convenient loading of resident boats.  The piers are located in front of the Harbor Condos, O'Dell's Bay Condo's and along the northern and eastern shores in front of the single-family homes.

There are two "catch & release" fishing ponds in the heart of our subdivision.  Located behind the inside circle of single-family homes along Osprey drive, the two ponds offer a great fishing experience for kids and adults alike.
