If you are interested in becoming a member of the Association Board of Directors, please send a note expressing your interest to odellsbay@yahoo.com. Becoming a board member is done through an election process as existing board member terms are expiring. The election process generally takes place in the fall leading up to the Association Annual meeting. Election information will be communicated in an email from the Association.
According to the By-laws of our Association, all landscaping and architectural modifications are to be submitted for approval by the Association Landscaping Commiitte. A checklist and guideline for the submission is available in the "Forms" section below on tis page. To submit a request for a change, modification or addition, send an email providing the relevant information about your architectural or landscaping modifications to odellsbay@yahoo.com . The ARC will review your request and respond within 45 days.
The Clubhouse meeting space, kitchen and screened in porch can be reserved by Association members for private events. To reserve the Clubhouse, first email the Assocation to reserve the date at odellsbay@yahoo.com. After confirming availability, a reservation form must be completed, and a refundable $50 damage/cleaning deposit check sent to O'Dell's Bay Assocation to complete the reservation. The Reservation Form can be downloaded from the "Forms" section below on this page.
To get a replacement key for the Clubhouse, please send a note to odellsbay@yahoo.com. Cost of replacement is $100/key.
